Join the Child and Youth Care Movement

The NACCW is committed to the development of the child and youth care field and to the growth of individual child and youth care workers.

Joining the Association gives social service professionals the opportunity to interact with a vibrant network of colleagues in regular regional meetings. Members access continued professional development opportunities offered by the Association, which also provides a platform for members to advocate on behalf of vulnerable children and youth at risk in South Africa.

Members direct the Association’s activities by participating in regional and national membership structures.

International Membership

“No one is born a good citizen; no nation is born a democracy. Rather, both are processes that continue to evolve over a lifetime. Young people must be included from birth. A society that cuts off from its youth severs its lifeline.” - Kofi Annan
