The overall objective of the training is for participants Child and Youth Care Workers (CYCWs) and Social Workers (SWs) together or independently, to understand the developmental approach to assessments and to be able to apply the concepts of developmental assessment to their assessment tools. This training is relevant to professionals working with children in trouble with the law or children in Child Care Centres.
